San Diego wins, 23-17

The Chargers take the ball, march down the field courtesy of three Indianapolis penalties and San Diego wins it on a 22-yard Darren Sproles touchdown scamper, 23-17.

And here's the question: if you were the Titans or Steelers, would you be all that eager to play the Chargers now?

The Colts and Chargers game had to be one of the worst refed game I have seen this season. I am a Dolphin Fan and I could see the officals did not want teh Colts to win since I saw a ton of holding from the Charger offence that was not called at all.

Sad, sad day for the NFL.... Who was calling the game? What did the Colts do to who?

I could`nt agree more. The refs sucked. Colts were doomed from the start of the game. The refs should watch this game and they`ll see what a freakin mess that they did!!!!!!! The chargers came out from the beginning with very poor sportsmanship attitudes. Even though the colts lost, they clearly are more professional than the chargers ever will be.

why would nbc hire Matt Millen for analysis. what incite does a guy who took detroit from acontender to 0and 16 have.

Also lets find out what the players will do after the season who cares about the overpaid coaches like Dunghy? The "cult of coach" is b.s.

I have never responded to anything like this but I feel the game between the Colts and Chargers was determined by the officials calling this game and the annalisis by NBC commentators was a joke. I have been a football fan for many many years and for the NFL to allow this officiating crew to call a playoff game is absurd.

and Al and John should watch the game better. Rivers did nothing to be one the tralier. Put the official on it.

Agree with Jim. I was amazed to see Matt Millen doing analysis. Is NBC out of money or something? Have they no regard for their own NBC brand by hiring the person who has led the Lions to the worse records in history? What possible insight could he add and what credibility to their broadcast could he bring?

Get someone in their whose opinion I can respect and value.

How could NBC have the gall to pass Matt Millen off as an expert anylyst. Is this a bad joke NBC is playing on the football fans of America? This monumental loser is commenting on teams and talent in playoff games? This idiot totally destroyed a charter team in the NFL. He wrecked the most loyal fan base in professional football. If talent and ability came screaming and kicked him squarely in the groin, he wouldn't have a clue. He described coach Marinelli as a STUD? This is the guy who sounded like he had mental problems at postgame interviews. Remember he "had his shovel, and his pick was sharp)? This was Millens pick. Millen said he shouldn't have been fired during the season, because it disrupts the locker room. He must have forgot that he fired coach Mariucci after the thanksgiving game. How they could set next to this guy with the stink of losing, and keep a straight face while he was shooting off his mouth about these playoff teams is amazing.NBC should realize that the credibility and integrity of their sports anylysts, and announcers is shot. How are they to be taken seriously, when they have someone like Millen working with them? A guy who couldn't run a draft, couldn't hire a coach, and couldn't spot good players, BUT he sure could kiss William Clay Ford's a$$!

The officials called the game a bit close at times, but that is not why the Colts lost. The Charger D stepped up a notch and Sproles took over for a one time great game when LT was too injured. OT rule has to change. You knew whoever got the ball in OT was going to win because both D's looked tired. So two division teams who supposedly shouldn't have been there both won and advance? The expert's picks are always good for a laugh.

I was at the game, and the only call by the ref's I did not like was the phantom pass interference against the Chargers in the first quarter. Watch it yourself, no contact at all. And even with that gift, the Colts still ended up punting. Take away the desperate trick play that caught the Chargers secondary sleeping, and the Colts did not score the whole second half. That is why they lost.

What a joke! You guys (NBC Sorts) are buffoons for even bringing the biggest loser in sports history on your broadcasts to "act as an expert" The guy, Matt Millen, is an abject loser and fool. He is all wind and no substance. He is a coward and a joke. He was responsible for the "talent" (or lack there of) and organization that produced the worst results in NFL history! We are going to listen to that?!?! Why?!?! Though I may watch your games, when the "big buffoon" is on the air during pregame or post game I plan on watching "grass grow" rather than watch him. I will never watch that loser as he has nothing that I want to hear nor that anyone would want to hear. For the same reason the Lions should be taken off of the Thanksgiving game broadcast because of their lack of entertainment or competitiveness, Millen should never be brought on as an expert, maybe as a clown, but not as an expert!!! He has no credibility!! He is all blow and no substance. His delivery is perfect as the wounded dove, when in fact he is the perpetrator of crimes against sport fans everywhere. He is the laughing stock of all sports and about as trustworthy as a used car salesman. He should be run out of football period!!!
